Sri Trang Group, led by Mr. Veerasith Sinchareonkul, Chief Executive Officer of Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited (STA), and Ms. Jarinya Jirojkul, Chief Executive Officer of Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT), organized the “One Sri Trang CG Day 2025” on October 17, 2025. The event aimed to enhance knowledge, understanding, and awareness of good corporate governance (CG), business ethics, anti-corruption practices, whistleblowing procedures, insider information usage, and conflict of interest prevention among employees at all levels strengthening the foundation of sustainability across the organization.
With the concept “Building the Foundation for Sustainability”, the event brought together over 900 participants from board members and executives to employees across all departments through an engaging online platform that combined training to reinforce governance principles. To ensure comprehensive participation, the Group launched a self-learning program running with a target of 100% completion requirement for understanding assessments, ensuring that all employees can apply CG principles effectively in their daily responsibilities.
This initiative underscores Sri Trang Group’s strong commitment to transparency, ethical conduct, and sound governance, aligning with both national and international sustainability standards.
