Sri Trang Group continues to accelerate its proactive AI strategic roadmap toward becoming a future-ready organization with the launch of its in-house “AI Clinic.” The initiative is designed to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) across business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and equip employees with the skills needed to adapt to rapid technological change.
Mr. Veerasith Sinchareonkul, Chief Executive Officer of Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited (STA), the world’s largest fully integrated natural rubber business and Thailand’s leading rubber glove manufacturer, stated “As part of Sri Trang Group’s strategy to drive business through technology, we are embedding AI into every stage of our operations to elevate the Group into a future-focused enterprise. One of our key strategies is the establishment of the AI Clinic, a platform where employees can present AI-related ideas, supported by expert consultation from our in-house AI specialists to help bring these initiatives to life. Examples include process improvements through automation, minimizing errors with decision-support systems, and reducing turnaround times while boosting efficiency with AI-powered tools. The program also fosters an innovation-driven culture, ensuring every department actively participates in organizational development.” The AI Clinic will be held weekly and will cover four key areas 1) Project Prioritization - ranking and updating ongoing AI projects for employee awareness. 2) Knowledge - sharing AI expertise and practical applications. 3) Show & Share - a stage for showcasing AI-driven projects, tools, or ideas from both the AI team and employees. 4) Common Issues - addressing recurring challenges in AI usage, offering solutions aligned with technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and organizational strategy.
