Recently, Sri Trang Group, represented by Mr. Vitchaphol Sincharoenkul (left), Executive Director of Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited (STA), and Ms. Thanawan Sa-ngiamsak (right), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT), received the “ESG DNA Project” certificate from Dr. Soraphol Tulayasathien, Senior Executive Vice President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), at the SET building. Participation in this program reflects Sri Trang Group’s strong commitment to enhancing the capabilities of its workforce by promoting and developing a deep understanding of ESG principles. Employees are encouraged to apply this knowledge in every aspect of business operations, embedding sustainability into the organizational DNA. To date, a total of 2,841 employees from Sri Trang Group have completed training under the program comprising 1,285 from STA and 1,556 from STGT. This recognition marks another important milestone that reinforces Sri Trang Group’s vision and unwavering commitment to advancing the organization with ESG principles under its “Best Sustainability” strategy. It establishes a strong foundation for organizational and people development, equipping the workforce to navigate changes across economic, social, and environmental dimensions, while driving new possibilities to sustain leadership in the industry and achieve resilient growth alongside Thai society and the global community.
